Report Malpractices you observe/experience
Earlier this year, reporting by some of you in this circle enabled Railways to plug the gap through which touts were booking 4000 tickets in the first minute of ticket opening.
We urge you to report any malpractice that you observe/experience in reservations, trains, stations or in workings of Railways. We will do our best to review, investigate and fix if any gaps are found.

Unreserved compartments should be more added, so that crowded trains do not run. There are some reserved compartments empty they should statistically allot tickets and give more preference to unreserved compartment, since poor people travel in rail, and not the rich. Railway travel is public oriented. more

IR is now acting like a cheat funds which only cheat the people, starts advance booking 120 days earlier, nowadays who knows what is going to happen tomorrow when majority of people of this country passing the days by hand to mouth, there passengers of railway would have to make plan 120 days earlier- is n''t ridiculous moreover on the contrary cancellation charge hiked by doubling the amount. Ha! god only can save our countrymen more

INdian railway reservation system to be re structure ,rail way reservation first come first booking but broker /dalal waiting for this opportunity aam people not getting this opportunity. Any sit/berth reservation u have to fill up the reservation form and in this form railway to be generate more data of this form,like purpose of tour ( official.personal,medical treatment,interview etc),physical fitness,family income,profession(farmer,worker, businessman,serviceman (private /Govt.) along with supporting documents submit the form.after scrutiny of this form priority basis reservation to be done. As per Train passenger requirements train /Boggess to be increase .Those are poor they are not able to reservation sit/barth because of dalal.Railway authority has some responsibility to serve some seat for poor people. more
