1. Jan shatabdi, Rajdhani Express during the last leg always run with vacant seats. people with ordinary tickets are not allowed to board thiese trains even if they are ready to convert to the requisite classes. This should be reviewed
2. The pillows, towels, blankets are given only on asking in many AC Coaches by the attendants
3. In many small stations, the trains stop for only 1 or 2 minutes which is causing congestion, accidents, pulling of chains. Passengers should get sufficient time to get down and board the trains at small stations.
4. In the Express train starting from Kathgodam at night, the AC 2 Tier Coach has two sets of numbering confusing the passengers. From each side of the coach, the numbering starts, which should be syncronised.
