Is there any ayurvedic cure for fluid retention in the body for a 72 year old female patient? She has history of heart ailment, underwent major bypass surgery 10 years ago, has acute diabetes. She has been undergoing allopathic treatment. What form of treatment is good for curing fluid retention in the body. This is also leading to pulmonary edema which gives her breathing difficulties. Stop all modern medicine. It will reduce ADR. Her quality of life may improve. One can't expect medicine to do miracles at this age and that too with so much of complications. Punarnavasavam and Kumaryasavam may be useful. Consult a good ayurvedic vaidya who has sympathy and empathy. Wish your mom good health more
