Reservation Bill
Supporting Reservation and dividing whole society into the different groups may be the helplessness of Political powers.
But with reference to the Future and strong India , it is not helpful .
As a citizen of India , I am not agree with policy of providing , increasing and strengthening reservation system .
Actually , it is required to remove all categories/ classes /caste / religion details from Government records .
Extreme Poverty or disability may be with anyone in India which is a economical condition or misfortune and it should be supported . But caste wise discrimination is not accepted in the name of reservation . It is shameful .
Why we are not able to understand the uniformity requirement in India ? .

This Reservation Bill is challenged in Supreme Court thus tendering a Debate. Indian Law Commission need to derive true practice of Job Reservations :: A..-Article 16 [4] Provision for Reservation of appointments or posts in favour of any backward class of citizens which, in the opinion of the State, is not adequately represented in the service under the State. It do not exclude any Class in its true mandate. -Important aspect- ‘not adequately represented in the service’ do not confer the meaning of ‘proportionately represented’. This is why, Dr. Ambedkar confined that Reservations shall be only 30% and that how much less is the best to the Nation. -Article 335 says ‘claims of S.C./S.T. to services and posts to be considered subject to maintenance of efficiency of administration’. This also in the strict objective of maintaining efficiency and Skills under the meaning of ‘adequately represented’ and, the confined concept of Dr. Ambedkar. -Therefore, recognition to 30% Reservation to Govt. Posts to the objective of Dr. Ambedkar stands valid and Justified to be Reformed to. B..-The issue of Special Provisions to Socially and Educationally Backward Article 15 [4] ; Educational and Economic Interests of Weaker Sections Article 46 ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT FROM ‘Backward Classes of Citizens’ under Article 16 [4] for Jobs as per the specific mandates differently provided. more

70 yrs passed away overriding/misleading the Constitutional Mandates. Before Reservations end by 2030 completing 40 years extension from '90. 2 Generations were endowed even 3 to 5/6 Reserved Jobs per Family irrespective of rich Status depriving the really deserving Poor . THIS IS GROSS INJUSTICE. The then Prime Minister in '69 I think, opted One Job for One Family partly honouring S.C. Judgment of 1963. BUT INVAIN. Indian Parliament could not settle the issue even though Gunfiring opted suppressing Anti Reservation Movement of 1989 where Citizen dead, Reservation movement of '90, '91. BUT, THE REAL PITIABLE YEAR IS 1993 in which upon the Direction of S.C., Indian Union worked out and applied Creamy layer deletion WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MANDATED ALLOVER THE COUNTRY with the suggested 5 yearly revision which the S.C. mandated in 1985. These if put in enforcement, could have really befitted the deserved/deserving. This is the pathetic situation of Justice in the Country though Preamble of the Constitution Guaranteed JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political atop of all 4. S.C. is empowered to Order and mandate on issues that are questionable under Constitution AND, THESE ARE IN PRACTICE . WHY NOT THE ISSUES OF Reservations, Relaxations and Subsidies ? IS IT NOT PITIABLE STAGE OF INDIAN CITIZEN FOR THEIR Constitutional Mandates ? Constitution did not name any Caste other than SC/ST because of true recognition to Scheduled Areas and this also was limited to 2000 AD. [extended to 2030 in '90] When President of the Country do not interfere for Justice to Citizen ; When Judiciary do not intervene for Justice to the Citizen FOR THE MERE CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES , WHO ; WHO ; WHO ; WHO ; WHO ; has to be approached ? At least India shall not once again go into clutches. more

Ms Arya , let me tell you , I am mahen Patle and not any Patel . I never demand for reservation . I do not support caste based Reservation which is the reason for discrimination in this new era . more
