RESERVATION IN PRIVATE SECTOR!

Sri Nitin Mahul Politicians have preferred its continuance earlier at vested interests even on the issue of other Relaxations , Subsidies , concessions besides the Government Job Reservations and are more experienced in dealing with Businessmen at Money Laundering , Quid Proquo and Black Money Management etc., even opting the usage of Writing off the Loans and even Assets purely under law while there are already the provisions of Waive of Interest over-dues , Funding of Interest , Single Settlement Discount Provisions , and over and above all , the absolute Easing the Audit methods , Inspection and Taxing , Collection of Taxes etc., as already observed and even experienced by the present Groups . The New and anticipated will definitely not only relay on the new systems of Business opportunities by the present Government but also will have an inside eye of the past practice and provisions . more  

All the multinational companies would stop their operations in India if reservation is the criteria for selection in jobs. more  

Political ambition or even fear shall not go anti national . The very provision of Reservation in Government Jobs also was only set for S.C. & S.T. while staging Castecism as anti-national in one way as it leads to jealousy and entipathy while its other route creates rivalry between Castes and so , absolutely anti-national . The governance shall not make the above 2 issues to really ruin not only the Society but also the Nation . It is quiet correct the Constitutional Bench of Supreme court of India also identified and recognized the ills of Reservation to a Country as was reiterated & cited by Sri Geethaprasad BM in this Post . Though the Indian Legislature extended the period of Reservations beyond the first 10 years period set by the Constitutional Legislature in its power and paucity in the Nation at 1960 ; once again extended the period of Reservations in Legislatures for an another period of 40 years from 1990 that will sustain upto 2030 . The issue of Reservations in the government Jobs is different from the Reservations in the Legislatures . Further , Dr.Sri Ambedkar in the constituent Assembly also said that “ Reservation must be confined to a minority of Seats “ Article 16 [4] speaks of adequate representation and not proportionate representation . WHILE THIS IS SO, THE POLITICAL DEMOCRACY SHALL NOT ACT AND LEAD THE NATION CONTRARY TO THE WELFARE AND SECURE MEASURES OF THE CONSTITUTION PRECIPITATING THE ISSUES TO REALLY PROVE THOSE THEN ITSELF CONFINED BY THE CONSTITUTION MAKER , DR. AMBEDKAR EVEN . Even if the Constitution is changed to address Free Food , Free Education , Free Books and Free Medicines to those S.C. & S.T. since Birth till 25 Years of Age particularly to those Economically at below level that is recognized under PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM , no body and nobody will deny since they really and Constitutionally [ under articles 15 {4} , 19 , 45 , 46 , and 47 ] also promptly justified . THE ISSUE OF RESERVATIONS EITHER ON CASTE BASED OR ON ECONOMY BASED IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS UNJUSTIFIED AND REALLY INJUSTICE EVEN IN INDIA . Please , and Please prevent this NDA Government also run on absolutely rivalry lines like the Congress and its share-holders . The revolution and serious revolts if once starts , none can save many since already there have been number of associates in India to the Aggressors and Terrorist Teams . more
