Reservation on the basis of caste.
Request for a serious and unbiased discussion with a white paper for complete abolition of Caste based reservation.
The reservation is having a bad impact on the quality of work in all fields. For example, the cut-off for the IIT in current year was declared as 105 out of 305. But for OBC - it was 70, for SC - it was 53 and for ST - it was 44!! The general meritorious students are not getting entry which they deserve even if they get the cut-off marks. The students are getting frustrated and have very little interest on nation building due to this injustice.
Why do we need such impractical reservation after 68 years of independence? If it has not served the purpose in 68 years then it will not serve the purpose for another century!
Many of the Govt. servants may have experienced frustration in work place where the incompetent people are promoted to higher position without having any knowledge of the job. Please think about the next generations who are not ready to stay back to India for this discrimination. Please abolish this reservation from the entry point cut-offs IMMEDIATELY so that we can get quality / deserving candidates in all fields. No politics please!! more

After completing education,everyone has to prove his worth in open economy. Days of inefficiency and lethargy in govt. will be over soon. Govt. is employing thr Contract System. They change those unable to deliver. more

Reservation was intended to be only for 1st 10 years in the constitution. Now it has increased and worsened. We need to help the poor by giving them education and placements in jobs according to their ability and aptitude. Our country will fall behind if the brightest are not given the opportunity. This is not a sign of a free nation. more

1. This is why the article of reservations had given many malafied intentions to many like , the like the escaping from the actions under bigamy so opting conversion from Hindu to Mulslim . There were Supreme Court findings and Directions to the then Governments in 1990 - 95 on both such issues cited above . 2. The Governments willfully set aside the issue of Economically Backward Classes to be addressed instead of Economically Backward Casts . They primarily opted Casts since there were no possibilities of assessing the Economical status . 3. The Supreme Court Senior Judges and legal specialists also confirmed that the version of Sri Nani Phalkiwala stating in detail the correctness of addressing Economically Backward Classes eliminating the dangerous and rivalry creating method of Caste based Reservation etc., benefits . 4. The Supreme Court also directed the then Government in 1990 - 95 itself to workout the Economy status Backward and more backward classes to address with the Creamy layer to carry the real method of addressing the Caste-less system operation finding out the requisite classes that deserve the real reservation benefits . EVEN NOW, IT IS NECESSARY TO SET RIGHT THE UNDEMOCRATIC ISSUE CASTE BASED APPLICATIONS EXCEPTING THE SEPARATELY ADDRESSED S.C. & S.T. since every State do have the Economically operated system of Rationing and public welfare benefits under P.D.S. ; and , the Financial status identification through the Income Tax valuation . This is only way of curbing the Caste system opted by at the continuance of political thirst by the Congress party which had set aside many public interest and welfare oriented provisions under our constitutional articles 44, 45, 46 and , 47 which are uniform law under Equality ; Free Education ; Aided Education and special health address to S.C. & S.T. ; and , the Medical care for all Citizen . more

Yes you are right The caste system should be avoided in the government sector. Other wise public money will be wasted with the foolish decisions of the person who is in top because of cast reservation. Now also we will see so many examples of it "they construct the roads after they came to know that they have to put the water pipe under the road" This really stupidity this type of situations will happen only when there is a foolish offices recruited by the reservations. All the public money will be wasted. We have to stop this reservation system ASAP. You can put the reservation on the basis of poor but not money just try to give some work or employment. more
