in general reservation based on caste or religion etc.has not produced the desired result.it has only contributed to the gross deficiency in service the government and public sector plus the corruption..even in this recent announcement we do not know how the government will verify the income especially with respect to people in the private sector/self- employed.once again there is every possibility of corruption creeping in if income certificates are required..so the government should instead strengthen/create infrastructure which the citizens can benefit from at a reasonable cost..this will lead to a better educated and skilled population..so say no to reservation.. more

Decades back S.C. confined for deletion of certain class : mandated Merit even in Quota System. But, grossly neglected Politically by Congress. -Education and Adequate Means of Livelihood of Citizen are basic mandates of Life Article 21. This also improves Public and National Economy while reduces % of Tax burden and energizes Country with needed Funds for Governance and Security. Article 38, 39, 41, 45, 46, 48, 15 [4] are so concluded. -Governance in true carry of Constitutional objectives shall implement these as fundamentally essential necessities of people. -The issue of specific or special provisions in the above Articles statutorily mandates provision of Facilities, Aids, Subsidies and Concessions only and mainly to get Educated, and possess Adequate Means of Livelihood. -Education, Employment Provisions, Self Employment Schemes of Profession, development of Cottage, Farming, and Small Scale industry are the Fundamentals to be provided, improved and guarded. -Private Sector shall not be allowed to challenge or, deprive the provisions of these mandates and, even now to be arrested. -For the above 3 Mandatory issues [Education, Self Employment, Professional Industry] there is need of [1] Curb of Corruption [2] Eradication of Misappropriation, Misuse [3] Mandating Responsibility, Accountability, Accounting and Audit [4] Strict and time-bound punishments and penalization through un-biased Law and Order. -The process and methods of unproductive use of Funds/Expenditure in befitting Freebees , Subsidies , Grants , Concessions etc., shall be organized so to reduce every year while achieving the targets of Educational Provisions, Self Employment Provisions, Professional Business, Agriculture and, Industrialism. These provisions are dangerous to the People’s Welfare as well as an alarming status of Economy of the Country. [The neglect on Education, Employment Facilities, Self Employment and Profession, Industrialism RESULTED IN INCREASING LOANS TO THE NATION AND STATES while the new methods of FDI and Leasing Indian Land and Industry to Foreign Entrepreneurs/Countries leading towards dangerous issue of mortgaging allowing Marketing Agencies befit the handsome Profits of Business from India.
