Yes and strictly to be mandated from 2019. S.C. also earlier suggested to be upto 2000 A.D. Caste Based Reservations created rivalry as afraid by Dr. Ambedkar too. 1980s, 90s, 2000 and 2010 decades too ended with serious Agitations due to unjustified carry endowed with Castes and need to be curbed. Any Nation should not part with Merit, Skills and Intelligence in any field of Governance as well as Technologies and Teaching beyond 1/2 a Century. Even the renowned public Global Leader of weaker Sections , Sri Nilson Mandela denied to implement Reservations and uplifted the economical status of public in general of his Country irrespective of Race, Religion and Communities.
