Reservation
As regards to the reservation, the protest going in and around our county is totally unacceptable. Earlier in Gujarat patel started protest and demand the reservation for the patel caste. Now the case has gone to Haryana with the same type of protest and struggle demanding the reservation for the JAT .
Why all these political parties are not joining together to find out a solution. At present in our nation there is no reservation required. The reservation for job must be purely on the basis family income. All other reservation must be revoked. Now is the high time to revoke the reservation system on religion/cast basis. Here only few people who are having good influence with political parties and leaders getting the benefit and the real & needy person is over looked. The purpose of reservation to uplift the particular community at par with other society. Now the things are not in that direction. Who ever having hold and influence he/she get inside get the job. Family income criteria must be sole reason to make the reservation irrespective of religion/cast. Today the patel & JAT demanded for reservation, tomorrow some other caste will come up with the same protest. To conclude the reservation quota, a common opinion from all angle is needed to up lift the poverty . Basic eligibility must be family income only. The second point when one get the job on quota he/she should forget his/her further promotion on the same quota basis. He/She must prepare them selves to be eligible for promotion like other people and put all efforts to achieve that instead of taking the benefit of quota promotion. The initial engagement only to be considered and further elevation must be one's merit .
Like wise the admission to sensitive area's like medical profession, there should not be any consideration for admission when the candidate is not eligible. This is spoiling the professional area very badly. The interested candidate should try from the beginning itself and prepare himself/herself to become eligible for admission.
Wrong practice by allotting the reservation quota on the basis of religion/caste will spoil the health of nation.
So the parliament should come out a amicable solution to modify the reservation system at the earliest by which the strike /protest etc can be totally disappear more

There are more than 4 lakh cases in the courts where the house owner wants his house to be vacated. Government should change the apartment law and authorise the land lord to get his premises vacated with a 9 months notice to the tenant at his wish and will without asking for any reason. Failing which the police should get it vacated and confiscate the belongings. more

The only way that we will find the country free of caste based division and mediocracy is scrap all forms of reservations accross board including in jobs in promotions too. In schools scholarships could be given to the economically backward citizen but only if the previous year the candidate has passed. more

Abolishing reservation I know is politically impossible but this is pulling back our country. Economic backwardness is only the relevant factor now. Who will bell the cat? more

All the political parties are escaping from their basic responsibility of addressing the real and or the poorest of the poor as also suggested and directed by the Supreme Court AND THIS IS ONLY AT THEIR POLITICAL INTEREST FOR SCORING EASY BAGGED VOTE BANK . Even if the Ruling Party proposes Reservations , relaxations , subsidies based on Economical Grounds , there will be Protests and co-operations . Even if the Political Parties those are not in ruling Power in India propose for such also , there will be Protests and co-operations . It is in deed necessary to carry this issue to the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court which only can decide and deliver Justice that do not punish the poorest of the poor than those considered for such Concessions please . Since this is not possible , serious protests and deaths in multiplying Tens only will inspire for a joint agreement between the Political parties irrespective of whether the Ruling Party or , the parties those in opposition or out of ruling power . more
