Sri Prabhakarrao is absolutely correct since the Politicians in India since long decades could not at all arrest and eradicate Robbery of Forest Produce and Smuggling of the Resources of the Scheduled Areas challenging the very articles set for S.C., & S.T. There were many interferences and many cases filed by social personalities where the apex court indeed stood as custodian of Indian citizen honouring the articles to demanded extent and this also was challenged by the Spokesmen that the “ The court has no capacity to enforce its orders and in many cases the conditions have not changed . “ and this itself prove the atttide of Indian politicians and spokesmen till this decade please . This is now to be Reformed at the interest of atlease of our generations as our forefathers struggled and achieved for us . more  

importance should be given to non-creamy layer of any caste. such that financial low people would get benefited by the government facilities like job, etc., more  

The whole subject of reservation is being hijacked by political parties as if they are the interpreters of constitution. When it was made it was to emancipate classes who were poor uneducated ,suffering from discrimination by our society . But after 69 years still we cannot make out as to whether they are justifiable to continue or revise or reexamine. India is to day has a good mix of educated ,economically sound ,emancipated population due to this reservation for 69 years. Now it is time to think reevaluate ,relook at this system. We need only to support reservation up to graduation level ,after that merit should dictate the selection . Professionals like doctors engineers ,charted accountant,management experts will bring a lot of talented people if the selection is by merit system. Economically backward people must be given schooler ship s.or fee wavers in all categories. The benefits of free rations, free housing,free land ,free health cards are being misused by about 70 % of beneficiaries ,we can prove it by audit . No government is doing it for fear of back lash in elections .They are playing on the brute force of votes and producing a society of opportunists ,indervingly selfish generation. The number of caste based unions in education, employment ,both private and public has caused a huge damage . To day we are facing inefficient ,non talented people based on this system . Blaming the government for all problems has become the fashion of the day . This quota system must be stopped.Sane elements must form another committees ain't he loke sabha and raja sabha to reevaluate this reservation system . Job reservation , reservation in promotion must be done away to save the country and to nurture only talented people like US more
