Reservations for backward and trodden is essential as it is the need of them and these people depressed and suppressed for centuries must come in main strem of the Society. But what is the criteria????? a million dollar question. Thouse who are already come up to the level of general level &/or above them are still availing the facilities which is wrong. Whereas thouse who are unable to afford to meet two hands are deprived. Hence the basic "criteria" should be economic level and not the cast, creed etc. The present unrest in Rajestan, Gujarat, Maharashtra are the examples of the same. Well before the Problem which is presently seems to be minimal, ma raise the MAIN issue - in near future. Hence required to be attended. more

A.P.State now declared Caste Based Reservation increasing total beyond 50% for Naidu etc., GOI is working for Reservations basing Castes of Jatts and Congress in this fortnight promised Reservation to Patels .
Public Interest preferring general public those deprived ;
as well as the National Interest that is facing drastic downfall in Subject Knowledge even in Educational Teaching Staff , Talent in public administration and Skills in Technology also IS TO BE REALIZED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES .
It is the right time to move the apex Court which already opined on these two issues specifically regarding the Economic Creamy layer Analysis . more

Dear All, Reservation is Cancer to our nation and main culprit is I could say Congress by making the reservation for votes. Now they wants to come up so they are doing all nonsense thing without giving respect to Judiciary. It is height of it. If Naredra modi's govt is good they should apply necessity of Cream layer to all reservation casts and limit should be about 6 lacs only,then whoever he may be from any cast. It is necessary now.or reservation should be removed. more

Yesterday there was a rigorous debate on Reservations for Kapu[naidu] Caste while B.Cs objecting for inclusion. T.V.Today revealed that Congress Party has agreed for providing Reservations to Patels community as quoted by them. Both are going against the findings of apex Court in 92-93. Application of Creamy Layer only Justifies Reservations Constitutionally too. more
