Castes were identified and Notified in 1963 Recognising the Castes in Indian Territory .
1) 22-04-2020 5 Members Bench Judges of SC Notified " there is Struggle within as to worthiness for entitlement within Reserved Classes of SC/ST and other Backward Classes. Also Commented on improving Economic and Social Status as well as Deletion of Reservations.
2) AIR 1963 SC 649 Supreme Court Says ” It does not mean that once a caste is considered backward class then it should continue to be backward for all the time.
