Reservations
How suddenly one Hardik Patel has sprung up with demand for reservations for Patels. It looks to me some one who cannot tolerate Modiji & Gujarat has initiated to defame the PM & Gujarat. Frankly there should be no reservation. This will only make the people lazy as they are sure of their position "reserved". Parliament should pass a Bill stopping reservations all over the country & states should not also be indulging in it. Will our politicians have the guts to implement such a bill? more

I completely agree with JayaKrishnan JI. Most of the lower casts are converting to other religions, because of the discrimination by Upper Casts in our society. Even most of the regional parties build their castles on top of the caste system. If we want to show the world what we are, this is first obstacle to be removed And make everyone proud to say "I am an INDIAN" instead of "SHARMA","VERMA","PATEL" etc. Only the Talent should be given a chance to compete against other talent in developed nations, but i don't think the current methods in our system are enough to bring out the right talent especially when the caste system is at its roots. Mindset of parents, teachers and Leaders should be changed towards kids, don't spoil them by applying your theory of Caste on them. Please Observe a KID what they are good at, give them enough freedom to think before forcing them to do something. Realize the fact that, Its not Caste that makes Intelligence or innovation. Most of the scientists, intellects and leaders not made through by Caste but through their intelligence, experiments and dedicating themselves to a Domain where they are good at. India looks More divided in-front of other nations and other religions because of Caste system in the roots. Most of these divisions and reservations were made almost like 60 years back and i believe now is the time to make Phenomenal changes which could eradicate caste system and bring in more unity among the citizens which makes INDIA more prosperous as a nation. I hope this can be achieved with the help of Technology, techniques and last but not least with a Great Leadership in center. more

Industrial Giants, Multinationals, Corporate must identity less reputed professional colleges in each district of INDIA and request high mark scorer of FC to opt for the college through counseling. Atleast at Government rate, high scorer can study in that colleges. Industrial giants, MNC, may help identify best educationalist to teach them in the college. or Foreign university in collaboration with MNC / Industrial Giants must consider opening Indian campus to impart professional teaching (not awarding educational Degree) in engineering, medical, agriculture to the intelligent students. These intelligent student may join in other stream subjects and obtain degree simultaneously through correspondence. let the foreign university award course completion certificate. Like studying professional course in foreign country. Let the Government NOT recognize this certificate but let MNC and Corporate giants recognize. This will ease the situation. The real talented will be given a chance to shine. more

Yes immly the govt should ban all caste based reservation. Only economically weak people should be supported for education and other support. But no reservation at all more

Reservation on basis of caste to be abolished and reservation on the basis of income to be introduced. Every individual should have a PAN card. Even non taxable income group should file nil return. Income tax return should be filed along with asset and liability statement also. This should be the criterion of income and total assets held by him. Nowadays non taxable income group of citizens can get an income certificate from village officer by bribing. This system should stop. Reservation should be on the basis of the Income Tax Return and Asset and Liability Statement filed by him. more
