Though the then P.M. who had multi language knowledge set the goals of eased HAIL-OVER TO other countries for Education and Jobs to feed their parents & Family members even securing loans on mortgage etc., it could be possible only for Food and lively-hood aspirants . WHILE THE SITUATION IS THAT THE MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF POPULATION DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO EAT , AND EDUCATE THEIR CHILDREN , the possibility of going abroad for education will once again set at the millionaires ' s best choice . more

Such in deed create certain form of abeyance that the Supreme Court that has to help carry of the Constitutional laws and the certain essential directives of Rule in India at least confining to the OBJECTIVES OF THE PREAMBLE and the purposeful article 51 A that was set at national interest that specified the carry the Indian Children providing them with due Education . The Supreme Court also once or twice quoted the derivation of 51 A confining to be the essential provision of educational knowledge of the Indian Children while declaring that Efficiency shall be maintained at least to 50% . The Constituent Assembly and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar also confined that the Reservations shall be only for a limited period and with a limited percentage . But , the Governing Bodies of India including the apex court still could not convince the States about these constitutional and Justified Essence for a Country and no President of India took interest to refer the issues of Reservations and amendments , additions to the Supreme Court to justify in terms of the Constitutional objectives and concept while keeping in view the article set at the interest of the States and President to permit . This is very much neglected selfish democratic Rule in India that has been carried at the cost of the Knowledge and Nation's intrest . more
