Resevation leading to fraud and bribery
I feel this is such a relevant poll. Now there will be race to get ews low income certificates and as a result people will do all kinds of malpractices to get it. Please vote everyone so Govt links this to income tax filed/paid.

Personnally I feel Reservation is a simple bribary, in my opinion Reservation is another form of begging, at the time of formulation of Constitution it was assumed that it will be a tool for uplifting but now result seems a detoriation in society. Now majority is looking for reservation & may be classified under one of various class of beggers. more

Yes this is a gimmick. Actually there should be reservation only on basis of economic criteria. All reservation should be abolished as per OBC,ST SC etc. Now government can get fresh data on basis of Aadhar card, with no consideration of religion, cast etc. more

A person earning more than 60000/- can not be weaker section, earlier 50.5% seats were available to general category open competition, now it has been reduced to 40% only. It merely a political gimmick. Right to opportunity is fundamental right and part of basic structure of constitution, hence, can not be ammended, it will not stand before judicial review. more

आरक्षण कोई भी हो देश के विकास मे बाधक ही था और रहेगा पर यह समझ मे नहीं आ रहा की सवर्ण के आरक्षण पर जीतने सवाल उठ रहे है उतने अन्य पर क्यूँ नहीं उठे ? क्या सावरणों का संरक्षण के लिए भी कोई कानून बनेगा क्यूंकी आज लाशों पर राजनीति करने से पहले भी उनकी जात देखि जाती है और यदि मरने वाला सवर्ण हुआ तो सब चुप - मीडिया चुप -नेता चुप -समाज भी चुप ? more
