Residencial premises / Appartment act

We wish to promote real estate. In the courts we have more than 4 lakhs cases between tenants and owners. Every owner is afraid that if the tenant does not pay rent and keeps on occupying the premises, he will be a big sufferer. We should change the residential premises act to give the absolute right to the owner to get his premises vacated at his wish and will by giving 9 month notice. We will save lot of time of the court, unnecessary fees to the lawyers. This will also increase the premises available for renting as many of the owners simply keep it locked. It will help infrastructure industry to grow faster. more

Will the authorities give the judgement in a month or so. Tenants will not pay you anything till the courts approve the new rent and gets it implemented. We must have a way till the final outcome. No law is worthy if it leaves you half way and one has to go for appeals. more  
Yes I agree with Mr sikka. Generally legal notice is enough as per my experience more  
The agreement must be proper and fool proof for which landlords must engage good lawyer. more  
Agter termination of tenancy by giving 15 days notice . Landlord can file petition in the concerned court for possession thereby claiming mense profit at the market rate. more  
Landlord must have full control over their properties. more
