Resolution process via NCLT

Please tell me i INDIA in which Govt Department there is no corruption.The concept of NCLT itself is a big corruption promoting move. All Tax payers money is being squandered on may such fancy things. But TAx payers get nothing , even the so called social security called medical insurance for poor citizens of India is not for Tax payers as Tax payers are the citizens who do their duty religiously and diligently but in return get step motherly treatment at the hand of Government

Why Transperance International is not acting in such cases more
