Restriction on withdrawal ofEmployers Contribution

Govt has released new regulation on EPF in which Employers contribution can not be withdrawn till the age of 58 which is very wrong. Why salaried employees are punished. We can withdraw EPF only ion 2 cases - 1. If we need money for marriage or purchase of house 2. Change of Job, Then why you need this restriction. Now we can not withdraw employers contribution when we need money.

This is strongly opposed and govt should take back this regulation. more

It is wrong. If money required on emergency work all PF should be released it is our money. All the UAN number should be linked with PAN number so that if any person change the company earlier company money will be credited in same person account automatically. Due to typical withdraw process of PF account earlier several persons old PF money is lay with EPF office that should be linked with the PAN NO/ Permanent Address/ Date of birth and credited to the employee account it will be a very great work for the Govt of India. more
Really this is very wrong decision.Again government should clear about pension and the amount which is being collected by govt. for pension. more
