Like cleaning of platform, maintenance and booking of retiring room should also be outsourced. more
Here are the some of my suggestions:.

1. Complete,RRooms should be booked and maintained by a separate body (not IRCTC)
2. Maintenance of RRooms to be left to the contract
3. No of available rooms to be increased as it is a good source of income to the railway.
4.While considering the cost of rent, the facility and the posh also to be maintained.
5.No intervene of Rly Staff to be entertained more
Proper ventilation should be there, cleanliness should be there, enough space for passengers waiting, cctv cameras should be installed to protect theft and other dangerous activities more
The retiring rooms are not properly maintained in respect of bed rolls and toilets. Attandents are not giving proper attention to hygeniety. On Wednesday, 29 July 2015 9:58 AM, Ministry Of Railways wrote: more
