Revert so Sh Pillai comment
referring to your advise that one should revert when the law is being made and not later when it is a law is a typical government approach (with all due respect)!
Does the law or it various branches seek the common man's views! I am myself at loss to understand what are the assumptions under which law is made and passed!
As a reference to support my argument take the divorce law which gives 50% right of husband property to the wife even when the wife has decided and does not want to take care of her old in laws - imagine the in laws if they were dependent upon the son ...they would be on the streets...so did the law before being passed by our esteemed people at both the houses even consider various situation and ask a panel of citizens - law is made as per few basis - I would like to debate this comment by your good-self on a common platform - I am not amazed at the response as I was expecting this would be the outcome. Why should a common man take the initiative to discuss what it has to undergo - what about the law, the government machinery ....what are they there for !
Lets not forget the entire country machinery has to function in a fair manner ..such law which has been recently passed was opposed by so many people ,,,as it is the women are leveraging this law and getting money ....should the men stop marrying...should they not buy property ...should they looking after their parent after they grow old...should the parents stop trusting their son ..Sir decision on law etc...has to be based on the existing scenario and not what has been happening decades back ..... more
