1. We know that These 8 missions of National Education Policy in detail Discussed debated and Concluded by Experts of Higher Education having regard to present and future stature of Education in India and Global Countries .
2. It is absolutely necessary to support follow and put in Practice Allover the Country to cater the Objectives and Provisions of Education , Means of Livelihood , Economic Sustaininity among all the People of Different Language Race as well as Social and Economic Status THUS HELPING THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE COUNTRY AS A WHOLE .
Hence all are requested to bring in total awareness of general Public sharing through their connected Groups and Govt Administrations PAVING A GOOD PATH TO OUR GENERATIONS and carry the Objectives of our Freedom Fighters . more
This is a good policy similar to overseas countries. Peoples should always provide positive support to Govt. & If any improvement requires put it in writing. regarding the Languages , it is 100 % true that South Indian religional parties are going to oppose. Particularly TN & Kerala & few from Karnataka. But they have destructive mind like PFI , Muslim Regional Parties. when they want Central Govt. service then HINDI is must. In Fact Central Govt. Put that all UPSC Or Central Govt. Exams HINDI is Compulsory Language & 50 % / 100 marks for Passing is must . Then Only this formula will work. No Pity , Humanity to any one. In spain the Country like small as UP / Maharashtra , having 17- regional language but Spanish and mother tongue is compulsory From KG to end. more
1.* Article 36 read with 12 specifies that State include Govt and Parliament AND the Govts and Legislatures and all local or other Authorities.
* Article 37 : though Part IV not enforceable by any Court, nevertheless fundamental in the Governance of the Country and is the duty of the State to apply these Principles in making Laws.
* Preamble of the Constitution Guaranteed Justice Social Economic Political , Equally of Status and Opportunity , Fraternity assuring the Dignity of Individual.
* Education is the basic Requirement and Adequate Means of Livelihood is the Fundamental need of Life Article 21. Thus without Directive Principles of Rule there is no meaningful Right of Life and Liberties Contemplated in Article 21 and 19.
* Education is the Prime source and means of Social and Economic status of People envisaged in Articles 38,41,46,15(4) and supporting Articles 43,45,47, 48.
* All States as well as the State as a whole are equally bound to implement the Provisions of Part IV, Directive Principles under the Constitution and is the whole, entire, prime, basic Cause of Struggle for Indepent Rule.
* The issues, clarifications, Provisions, Conditions considered in the Constituent Assembly is the guide for Law and Rule of Law in India.

2.* Language is the only unique Method of Understanding, Sharing Livelihood, Means of Livelihood under Article 19 Besides Sustenance of Culture, Heritage and Civilisation.
* HINDI as National Authoritative Language was Recognised , Adopted on this Prime Concept and for Promoting Unity in National Objectives as Identified at the time of spreading Zeal of Independence allover the Country since Majority Regional Languages comprise common linguistics in Hindi and Saanskrit ( Article : 394, 5 to 9 etc come in to force from 26 th day of 1949 and others from 26 th January, 1950 ; 394 A concluded HINDI from 9 th December 1987 )
* Even as at 2011 HINDI Language scored 1st place Bengali 2nd place Marathi 3 rd place Telugu 4 th place AND Tamil the 5th Place while English was only the 12 th . I.e , even after 60 Years - 10= 50 Years.
Everyone to understand Realize that Laws in English that Highest Majority donot know is gross injustice to INDIANS AS AT 1950 , 2011 AND EVEN KNOW.
* This Essentially necessitates Promotion of HINDI AS National Language benefitting majority Citizens at least stipulating ENGLISH Language as the 2nd Language giving equal importance to National Language HINDI. * Everyone need to understand that World Majority Citizens Status of Hindi and English is above all our Regional Languages as well as Saanskrit.
* IT IS EQUALLY ESSENTIALLY NECESSARY TO REINSTSTE , PROMOTE Saanskrit Language as Optional Language placing under the 3 rd LANGUAGE IN OPTION .
3. * It is the most important issue that only the Mother Tongue/ State Language help Students to easily understand , grasp and remember which also prevail/ Sustain the Culture and Heritage AND HENCE THE TEACHING UPTO 8 th Class in Mother Tongue/ State Language Compulsorily.
* From 9 th Standard Hindi English in Northern States ; English Hindi in Southern States to be taken up as 1st and 2nd Languages.
Mother Tongue/ State Language , Saanskrit to be taken up as 3rd Language .
* This type method of Education will address the issues of KNOWLEDGE AND ENABLE PEOPLE TO EQUALLY SHARE THE BENEFITS OF LIFE Article 21 and RIGHTS Article 19 .

4. * Under such above System only there will be use of NEP ; HECI ; AND NEC .
The NEP 2020 though silent in Free and Compulsory Education , Aided Education , in Principle is best derived to improve Skills of all Sectors of Living as well as Professional , Technological , Scientific , Linguistic , and General Education .
HENCE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO STUDY IN DEPTH THE ISSUES 1 TO 3 ABOVE .
It is also necessary to move the Supreme Court incase any State deny any the Above AND THE NEP 2020 .

5. * Another Torture to Education and Means of Livelihood in India is set aside of MERIT even in Quota System even after 70 Years . SC (1985) 3 SCC 545 conditioned Practice of Merit even in Quota System i.e., 34 Years back itself .

Supreme Court in AIR 1963 SC 649 declared that Reservations applied to whole Cast without deleting Creamy Layer periodically is gross injustice to poor and poorest of the Poor .
EVEN NOW THESE DESTRUCTING ISSUES MUST BE CURBED IMPLEMENTING CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES OF EQUALITY , JUSTICE, Social , Economic and Political . more
prevailing indiscipline in state Govt. schools must be removed specially in rural areas. Politicians should not be involved in schools administration. more
Sir, if you say Arts. Commerce and Science removed - then what course does the student take up after 10? more
Students with third grade mental ability are holding deciding positions in all sectors while other fellow students with grade 1 ability are even not able to have a position ' is an Comment in Reply . Education whether in Mother Tongue OR International Language English OR in the Majority Spoken Hindi that covered Majority Population ARE DILUTED MERIT AND EFFECTED p.a. TOO AS PER A COMMENT IN MY POST ON NEP.
This discloses lack of Talents in Teaching Profession AS WELL AS THE ADVERSE EFFECT OF RESERVATION SYSTEM in which Political Rulers did not Care SC Directions of Recognising MERIT IN QUOTA SYSTEM ( Ref: ( 1985 ) 3 SCC 545 ) .
STRICT REGULATIONS FOR TALENTS , MERIT , TRAINING , TRANSFERS , TERMINATIONS ARE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITIONS IN EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT . more
Thank you for putting the salient features in a nut shel. This is most welcome. I remember that i have written a few years back that students should get freedom to choose education at any time of their education than the present straight jacket system which cuts all options once entered into a lane. Govt is spending huge money in education . The maximum of this goes towards salary and overheads .Why not introduce a common examination at age 11 and anyone get enrolled to coach students and teach them basics . it does not require huge investment. each coach can take about 15 -20 students. He can give proper attention to individuals and he is to draw a fixed salary from government based on the performance. Students need not travel long distances and need not be anxious of home work and studies. Managing 20 students does not need much infrastructure . Some sort of discipline will be enforced. parents can monitor progress. The subjects should be 5 mother tongue, english, hindi ,mathematics and science. The children mental capacity is changing and in its early stages it is comfortable with languages and in its second phase it is more comfortable with reasoning and deeper knowledge. more
Common Examination for 7 th Class and 11/12th Class SHALL BE COMPULSORY. THIS ONLY PRESERVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SERVES THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION .
AP recently removed Conditions of 7 th and 12 th Common Public EXAMS JUST TO HAVE VOTE BANK POLITICALLY .
GOI NOW NEED TO Condition Common Public EXAMS for 7 th and 12 th CLASSES TO HAVE REAL RESULT OF EDUCATION. more
