RIGHT OF LEGAL WIFE IN HUSBANDS PROPERTY

I would like to know why the bill that had proposed right of a wife in husbands property is not pased and why and who are protesting against it.i am thrown on road inspitES of court orders directing my husband to pay rent of the house he has not payed the rent landlord has evicted me .he had filed for divorce it has been rejected by family court and he has appealed in high court against the family court order.So when law has so many loop holes to get orders executed the accused can find many ways in name of appeal to evade orders so till then where should a sick old wife live on road .please ask Mr. Modi Sir this question,why we women who are thrown out by husband cant live in husbands self acquired property which is lying even VACANT.I am jobless sick I am unable to fight for justice which is just a eyewash & name sake and far from reality.Hard to get any orders passed by any courts implemented and also because of the reason lawyers of ladies are also colluded with husbands lawyers if the lady is unable to pay huge fees.LAW IN INDIA IS IN FAVOR OF LADIES,LAWYERS also mislead helpless ladies about laws legal aspect as to how to get the orders executed stating that your husband has gone for appeal and got the orders stayed at high court so you live on road or where ever lawyers are not bothered until high court judge passes the order in wife's favor if Honorable judge pleases to SO TILL THEN WIFE SHOULD LIVE ON ROAD??HOW SHOULD SHE SURVIVE ??IF HUSBAND GETS MAINTENANCE STAYED AT HIGH COURT???WHY IS THERE NO LAW THAT HUSBAND HAS TO PAY AT LEAST 50% OF THE MAINTENANCE AMOUNT ORDERED BY LOWER COURTS, TILL CASE OF HIGH COURT IS DECIDED.WHEN HIGH COURT PASSES ORDER VERDICT RICH HARASSING HUSBANDS WILL THEN GO FOR appeal at supreme court.IS THIS WHAT MODI SIR CLAIMS TO CALL TRANSFORMING INDIA AND FIGHT CORRUPTION WOMEN EMPOWERMENT SAY NO TO VIOLENCE IS THIS WHAT HE BELIEVES IS JUSTICE FOR HELPLESS WIVES WHO ARE JOBLESS SICK AGED.PLEASE CITIZENS OF INDIA PLEASE APPEAL TO MODI SIR TO BRING ABOUT AMENDMENT TO GIVE SHARE OF HUSBANDS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY TO DESERTED WIFE AND SAVE HER DIGNITY AND LIFE.PLEASE STOP MEN FROM HARASSING LADIES AND ON THE CONTRARY WHEN WOMENS ALSO FIGHTS BACK CLAIMING HER RIGHTS AND SEEKS JUSTICE MEN I MEAN MOST MEN ARE POSING TO BE INNOCENT AND CLAIMING TO BE HARASSED BY WOMEN.WHEN HUSBAND LEAVES HIS WIFE HE SHOULD MUST BY LAW BE BOUNDED TO GIVE HIS HALF SHARE OF HIS PROPERTY BOTH MOVABLE IMMOVABLE TO HIS WIFE. THEN ALL OF US CAN PLEASE WATCH SEE FOR OURSELVES THE DIVORCE RATE GOING DOWN AND MEN WILL STRAIGHTEN UP AND NOT INDULGE IN EXTRAMARITAL AFFAIRS OR PHYSICAL VIOLENCE IN FEAR TO PART WITH HIS PROPERTY AS IS THE LAW IN ENGLAND AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES.when Jessica Lall my husbands sister was murdered entire indian citizen stood by her media made it a big issue and even a film was made on her murder story name of the HINDI movie was NO ONE KILLED JESSICA but when her own brother has been slowly killing his wife year after year I am not dying like Jessica just once by day in and day out since our mariage.please help me let me know who hould i approach to get to live in my husbands self aquired vacant property and make him pay maintainance as per session courts order in domestic violence as because divorce is NOT GRANTED THEN I AM STILL HIS LEGAL WIFE WHY I SHOULD LIVE ON ROAD.can some one snd his appeal to Modi Sir to help me???mousumi.mukherjee45@yahoo.com more
