Rising cost of food grains

Wheat prices are at the highest ever recorded. During the past 4 months, wheat prices have spiked from Rs 23/kg to Rs 29/kg. This, when the Govt procured 56% less wheat through FCI, when our wheat exports nearly doubled compared to last year. Policy decisions are hurting the lay man.

Can LocalCircles do a study on rising cost of living please. Govt needs to know some households are at breaking point. more

Prices of food and other goods have gone up all over the world. i also think this crazy crooked environmental pushing goons have caused so much harm all over the world. We also have many reasons why. The cost of fertilizers has risen due to China control. Transportation costs have risen due to diesel and petrol cost has gone up. Higher demand due to many places have shortage due to environmental regulations. If you give into this climate change falsehood it will be where people will starve around the world like Shri Lanka is right now. I am in USA right now and cost of food has gone up twice in about a year. more
Food exports are at the highest ever. We know who the major exporters are but they are "untouchables" more
Manuel Aaron: Yes, prices of everything have gone up, and are going up. There is nothing that the people can do. It is for the Governments to do what is in the best interest of the people they are governing. more
