Rites

Hi could somebody pls explain about the rites of a woman on his child? I have a kid he is 8 yr old, i hv conflicts with my hubby from past an year , i want divorce from him . Sometimes he says that he will not give my kid to me. Could somebody pls give a light on this matter more

Once divorce is granted on one of the grounds given in Hindu Law, the question of custody is decided by the presiding officer considering various grounds like who can maintain & better take care of their ward, etc, etc. more
