ROC return filing date extension

By law ROC returns have to be filed within 30 days of AGM. By law AGM has to happen within 6 months of financial year closing that is March 31.

Given all the festive season etc, I think companies are pk filing income tax return by Oct 31 but are not in any position to file ROC annual return.

I came to know localcircles was instrumental in getting income tax deadline extended for individual returns as well as income tax audit by - month.

Can we request the localcircles manager to take this up.

As small business we are struggling to somehow run the show. Please give us additional month to do ROC filing. more
