Third party information is that information that pertains to third party. The PIO can give that information after asking permission of that third party. If third party does not reply the PIO has to decide whether to give information or not. more
The informations received through RTI stands cognizant on the issue and the Courts naturally honours the petition for a prompt verdict . This is why many informations are not being released . Only S.C. or the President have to help the carry of the laws of the Land even in future . more
There are several complaints from all walks of life from several years and years together. Instead of wasting time to opt for RTI - advisable to opt your complaint with proper forum/platform i.e. 1. Civil 2. Criminal 3. Consumer 4. Authorities 5. Others All you can do simultaneously, subject to your capacity of time, money, efforts etc. more
Sear Sri. Kaushik garu..... Third party information is such one which can be accessed with the permission of that 3rd party. To get permission the PIO has to address that third party to take his consent for providing the required information. more
Correct. That requirement can be diluted if public interest is served by divulging the information sought. more
is there any local circle which discuss about RTI act please more
