RTO Dahisar

People at RTO work till only 2pm and they ask people to download froms from net and they don't issue forms in their office. This is not correct. Why people have to get it from outside. more

Ms. Pratibha Parkar is quite lucky, that she was advised to get the forms downloaded. I had downloaded the forms, filled and went to submit the same (RTO Nagpur). I was asked from where I could get such forms. Only the forms issued by that office could be accepted. When asked for such forms, I was told that the same were exhausted and I need to purchase them from one photo-copying shop situated just outside their campus. more
I agree with Ms. Pratibha Parkar. This is the case with all the RTO offices. Forms are not available with them and they ask the public to purchase from the vendors/ RTO agents who have stalls outside the RTO offices. RTO should supply the forms free of charge. Also the RTO offices are infested with agents most of whom are unauthorised and staff give preferential treatment to these agents. more
Now it is all on line system you have to do it either sitting at home or cyber cafe more
Hari Om! Dear sir, what u say is ok! But U have forgotten millions of people who donot have computers/knowledge of computer/No smart phones/Illiterates! What is the solution for this? If Govt has appointed people in the offices, they must cater to the public on spot!
This sort non compliance plagues the Revenue offices as well in many states! The employees are hand in glove private agents/touts.
Jai Gurudev! more
Instead of helping visitors mostly Government staff behaves apathetically . Their attitude to ignore irritate is their daily routine. If I come across such incidents I lodge written complaints . more
In most of the offices either they do not have applicable forms or if at all they have then the print is so shabby that you can not read it. more
