RTPCR every 15 days is flawed logic
Mandatory RTPCR tests every 15 days in Maharashtra for industry, trade and services is completely untenable and without scientific basis . We don’t have the lab capacity and this will delay tests for those with symptoms. Also result in frauds . For half the cost, we can vaccinate all. more

I fully agree with Amruta. Don't know on what basis the decisions are made at this type of situations where suspected/infected people are not getting their reports in time. more

I too endorse Amruta recommendation. Will Local Circles Manager please take it up with the Maharashtra government. It should also start vaccinating all above 21 years at private hospitals and good doctors so that we can hurry up the process. My maid who is a cancer survivor chose to register on COWIN. It said you are not eligible!!! That is what is preventing us from infection, bad administration and too many outdated laws!!!! more

On the 31st of March I was with my family in Pondicherry & were to go to Bangalore on 1st April. As per the intimation RTPCR report was compulsory for those entering Bangalore from 1st April. To avoid the harrassment in Bangalore we wanted to get the RTPCR attended. However when we went so many hospitals they refused to do it saying they give the preference to only the real patients and not the purpose of certification. Hardly there were some private labs who said that the will charge Rs 2500 per person. We were 5 people and 12500 was too much for us an so we had decided to face the authorities at Bangalore and did not do any test there. more

I endorsed Amruta Pednekar recommendation. It will only promote panic and illegal activities. One should concentrate on ensuring the protocol and vaccinating the environment. more
