RWAs must find balance

Attached rwa letter banning doctors to enter their own homes is insensitive. These are corona warriors. At the same time, these doctors are a risk to residents.

The need of the hour is to not restrict them from the society and their own home but laying out clear rules to be followed. One could be no use of common areas. Other could be wearing a hazmat suit with face mask, goggles etc when entering the society and exiting it.

Lets live and let live. Welcome other ideas... more

Doctors should not be restrained as it would be like being ungrateful to them and depriving them of their right to live in their own/rented homes. Parmanand. more
I do agree that doctors are the warriors and at the same time, they may carry the virus. So why can't the RWA set up a sanitisation system at entry/exit gates, so that doctors can be properly sanitized before entering the society? more
Doctors & the medical staff are the Corona warriors. There is no doubt about it. They should be treated politely and with full respect. Also they may be carrying the virus after coming in contact with the corona patients. Hence the societies are worried. Is it possible to arrange separate accommodation for the medicos with full home like facilities. If desired, their family members can also shift to the new accommodation. more
No way. The doctors saving the lives of thousands of fellow indians at the risk of their own life should not be unwelcome in their own society. On the contrary, they should be more than welcome; of course they should becoming back home following the protocol. more
