Ryan school murder case
Shocking to know that class 11 student of the same school committed this heinous crime .The victim was only 7 year old in 2 nd class.The confessional statement of the murderer that he just wanted the postponement of school exam is just not believable .He came prepared with a knife and just lured him minutes after he entered the school and executed his plan in the toilet.
The present schools are mixed schools with all classes from 1-12 .Such big establishments were not a norm in our days about 70 years ago.we had primary schools middle schools , high schools .
The small boys and the big boys who are adolescents were never mixing .The teachers always took care of the younger ones .
The present system must change and we must think of going back to this old system of schools with different age groups.The drawbacks of present system is
1- The adolescents who are physically stronger may bully the small kids
2- The Bad habits of smoking, spending away the money, abusive behaviour ,ragging ,sexual assaults ,black mail are possible.
3- The common areas like play grounds , toilets, canteens are the places where the vulnerable kids needs protection from predators.
4- Segregation gives some protection .Different schools for different sex are safer in this regard.
5- Due to large number of students the over all management is difficult.
6- Added to this predators in security staff,transport staff and other helpers are always lurking .
However much you have cameras ,trackers in buses,awareness the incidents of crime are on the increase.
We strongly recommend that the present government must rethink on educational reforms and must ponder over about this and bring back old system to separate primary schools ( age 3-8)and middle schools (9-12),high schools (13-17).
This will create a safe atmosphere for the growing kids appropriate for their age and environment and manageability. more

Delinquent children, children who do not perform academically well ,chronic absentism, attention deficit disorder children ,child who has cleptomania, who are aggressive and abusive, who unleash violence on juniors need psychiatrist evaluation and management with involvement of their parents. According to the news papers In this case he was being treated for rage and anger management The big schools must appoint psychiatrists as their consultants in case of need. Or routinely refer them to the needed doctors along with parents. more

the proofs of those Students possessing & exhibiting ADAMENCY, NEGLIGENCE, ANGER BESIDES THE ABUSIVE HABIT . Parental Rights & Children rights amidst the Governments making compulsory Education of even such BECOMING THE ROOT CAUSE of Such Aggressive Conduct and Character in those Children .
GOVERNMENTS & PARENTS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ILLS OF CHILDREN like ; Adamant attitude , Negligence & disrespect , Anger and Agrressive quality AND NOT THE TEACHING PROFESSIONALS .
2. Since the relation and responsibility of Parents grossly declining without caring their Child to be accustomed in the Social behaviour and Sharing attitude with vested respect on elders IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF SUCH ANTI-CONCEPT in Children who really are the innocent having Godly Nature .
3. We all know, the T.V. 24 hrs. News and Entertainment Channels with plenty anti and many befitting programs . No Parents shall forget the Human natural attitude, quality, and ever persistent Ease of Living aspiration . Every Parents shall know of their Child First and then only keep him away from Family accepting punishments for misbehaviour, dishonest, disobedience or at least Disrespect, Arrogancy , Adamancy, Abusing attitude and Aggressive nature .
4. THIS IS WHY, Parents as well as the Governments that Carrying such Acts and provisions that unable Children keep away from these above listed natural qualities ARE ONLY THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ILLS IN at least the Children Field ; Elementary ; Intermediary ; & the Youth.
5. Necessary Code & Regulations are to be made Addressing various concepts above pointed out making [ 1 ] PARENTS [ 2 ] GOVERNMENTS fully responsible instead of making the Teaching Staff the Scapegoats for easy punishments . more

1. If CBI did not probe, the Bus Conductor could have been Sentenced 2. Parents & Societies have been exposing Children towards many in TVs. 3. The placing of present Minors under the Umbrella of Exemption to those Mentally, Scientifically and Physically possessing the requisite qualities, potentialities, IS THE ROOT FOR MANY ILLS TO CHILDREN & YOUTH IN INDIA. [ The concessional fixation of 16 years instead of 14 years for those indulging in Sexual intercourse for imposing imprisonment IS THE DEFINITE CHALLENGE TO THE VALIDITY OF CONCESSION ] [ The Police Records reveal many criminal issues where even these involved and , the fact of their being backed by Local Leaders ] 4. The T.V. Media in addition to other electronic medias have been proved with carrying, debating and routing the cases with presumptions making such of this Bus Conductor . Exactly correct and would have been a SIN if CBI PROVE WAS NOT SET or, has been lead to so, so AS HAS BEEN EVIDENT IN MANY FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL CRIMES . 5. Policing shall be such energized and empowered like Military Forces to enable any Case addressed with finding the Culprits with in 24 hrs. to a Week . 6.
