I have compiled the news in 3 headings . The News , The court opinion & the Action promised . Kindly read through patiently to know the feeling in the minds of the Hon’ble judges . Only few Judges we get to see with Humanitarian thoughts .
The Flex board in contravention to the earlier Court orders was erected on the road . It fell on the Lady scooter rider , she lost control and fell on the Road , The water Tanker that was following ran over and killed the lady .
THE TANKER DRIVER WAS ARRESTED PROMPTLY . THE REAL CULPRIT, THE RULING PARTY FUNCTIONARY WHO ERECTED THE FLEX BOARD , WAS LET FREE . No F.I.R. BOOKED AND ARRESTED . HOW POORLY THE POLICE MISINTERPRETS AND FAVOURS THE POLITICAL CLASS .

* courts can only pass orders , for the bureaucrats to implement .

As Citizens are we not ashamed of the goings on . This has happened in broad day light , clearly evident that the party functionary is the real culprit , but leave him scot free and arrest the Tanker Driver .

Mr. Sharma, ifeel the other way , it is not the failure of police , but made to close the eyes . Unless there is a hue & cry from the public the Strong will scuttle the procedure . more

10s of Pilgrims Dead when the closed Gate was Opened by Security after 5 hrs of waiting in lines. Gate of River Holy Dip NEVER WAS CLOSED SO.
WHO KILLED THEM Will be the correct ISSUE . What is the cause for these Deaths is also correct . Who is responsible for these Deaths is the appropriate ISSUE.
BUT , every stakeholder ESCAPED consequent to the NOTIONAL OPINION OF THE COMMISSION in AP STATE .
1st DUTY 2nd is Responsibility , 3rd is the Cause . ALL THESE 3 ARE SEVERELY AND JOINTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DEATHS .
Even then , Police is the Security Force of Safety of People . POLICING TO FILE F.I.R. REFERRING TO THE 3 VESTED STAKEHOLDERS. more

The response for this posts expresses also doubts whether justice will prevail and the real culprit will be nabbed . I have hopes as Traffic Ramasamy has opined that the Onus is on the Police & not Politician . The politician have the guts to say that the banner was not cause. A senior lawyer without shame will appear in the court in favour of the politicians. Evidences produced to the court will not be sufficient to prove the case. People , media and others will forget the poor girl in a week or month. All party heads to save their skin had already instructed the party workers that they are not foe banners but support the workers from behind. Judges who appear to be serious will give lineant verdict. My country is great. more

As long as people sell their votes, only bandicoots will come to power. I think the law enforcing department is also equally responsible for this horrendous crime. Its an unwritten rule that any party which is in power can take the law into their hands and no action can be taken against them. In fact, the person who questions them would be faithfully punished by the cops. Our country will see some light only when cops turn honest. One may think its unreasonable and unjustified to expect only one Government department to become straight and clean. But I think they have enormous powers and can straighten our so called public serpents........ more
