Sadhvi Pragya not convicted in the court.
Pragya Thakur was not convicted in the court. The allegations against her were not proved and she got clear clean chit from NIA. This is totally injustice that Congress president and his family members are also on bail ,why no one talks about them. Just ask yourselves why Samjota express ,malegaon cases happening on our motherland. Pragya Thakur is active RSS member and promoter of Hinduism. more

It's one of the salient principle of Indian criminal jurisprudence that every one will be presumed to be innocent till proved guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction. The same also applies to Sadhvi's case, and more so when a national level investigation agency (the NIA) has not found evidence on record against her, not enough to sustain a chargesheet in a court of law. The statement needs to be examined in the context it was made, to the effect that she was badly tortured in custody by the police including late Shri Hemant Karkare. An innocent God fearing person, like most of our Indians, are likely to curse their tormentor under such inhumane custodial torture circumstances as one will be in a position to fight his/her unlawful tormentor(s). more

She is on bail. The court is yet to pronounce verdict. I don't know how people can countenance her utterances against a martyr who gave his life to protect the citizens of Mumbai. Whichever political party one supports, biases shouldn't be so coloured. more

Congress party has become a party of cheats and corrupt goons. They are used to usurp millions and billions of Rupees from every possible hole in laws, rules etc. now that such bleeds are being blocked by Modi, one by one, systematically, they have become dependent on lies, white lies and Super lies. Their leader today, the Super Cheat has also become Super Lier, hoping to win these elections by spreading lies. But he is underestimating the wisdom of Indian electorate. His designs of falsehood will never succeed. In the process, he is also poisoning the minds of his followers that in India, only false and baseless propaganda will succeed. Sad for the country/society as well bad for Congress party. more
