Same parking allocated twice by Runwal
Hi I am Jayesh Badani about a year back I purchased a flat at the orchard residency (by Runwal at Ghatkoper west behind r city ) on resale with allocated parking .recently one bike started parking in my allocated slot and on verification I was told by society that this bike owner is on rent and employee of state bank of patiala who also builder has allocated same parking .on checking the parking allotment papers this was true and I took up with society ..I was told to take up builder as society conveyed that they did not have the copy of Parking allotment To state bank of patiala on checking with builder their office is delaying any support irresolution ok guide me how to take this up legally and claim my parking space more

Then with your documents you submit a application to the local police station to vacate your parking area copies to be submitted to the city SP, district collector & R.O. of State Bank of Patiala in note: Your staff create nuisance in the society please take departmental action against him. more

Mr Samiran sellers documents are crystal clear I was referring to the the original document of the other guy -tenant-employee of state bank of patiala he nor society do not have original allotment letters /copies more

Then you see the original allotment letter / possession letter of your seller whether parking is existing in his documents or not or he double sale the parking. Now a days registry office double registered land, house, parking any thing they have no time to searching the evidence. If he double sale the parking then you asked compensation from your seller. more

Mr Samiran seller is out of india and he never stayed in this premises from the date he bought so he never knew this parking issue nor used the parking more
