SAmsung AC Service is not responding, and Samsung is not taking calls or helping

Hi Friends,

I am in very bad situation, I have brought Samsung AC on 16th May and they installed on 19th May 2020. The AC ran fine on 19th from 20th it is not working . When i raised a ticket, that guy came told that installation done by him lead a hole and caused the gas leakage and it is not working. Now the samsung is not responding to fix it. I reach out to servicehead of india thru email, no one is taking ownership.

Could you please help how to get this fixed?,

Should i leave it to KARMA of Samsung for hurting me and taking my money?

Regards

This problem may be due to shortage of staff or closure of office on account of COVID19. Once normalcy is restored, all complaints needs to be attended. more
Your query may be justified, dear, but please provide complete details in the very first "go" so that members don't have to counter question. This wastes a lot of time. Thanks! more
When Sung Ho ! decidses to only sell and damn the customer it stays so. I hada similar experience to repair a Hungho fridge in Kerala where the custmer Rep. had the audacity to tell me that he was in amosque . So if samsung screws you refer to their North Korean counterpart and pray for our lives come what it means. Good luck Madam ! more
