Samsung M21 mobile charging repair cost and product under warranty and bad behavior of Samsung staff
Our Samsung M21 mobile purchased on 23rd May got touch not working problem for second time. We gave it in service center, and they didn't provided any job card for it. Only wrote phone received on old job card. On not getting response from center, we complaint it to Samsung HO. Then they called service center. Then service center generated a job card and wrote on it by pen that phone is waterlogged. We are explaining that phone is used by Swati, a 46 years old lady and not at all waterlogged by us. But Samsung HO is protecting its service center's fraudulent practice of water logging phones at his place. We need documents, photos which are shared by the service center to HO. Many discrepancies are there that we want to highlight. Like first center did not issue a job card. Then after 5 days when the follow-up call went from HO then they sent a job card through mail and on top of the paper mentioned by pen that the phone is waterlogged. We are claiming that since we raised the matter to HO, so the center took this strange action against us & created false story. We want to put this case to the consumer forum and let our family and friends know about Samsung. So that they can understand about Samsung support and nexus for earning money & refrain from buying your M21 phone. Regarding the previous grievance complain dated 24th July, 2020 , There is no email response from Samsung and there is no action taken from Samsung and therefore we want to hire a advocate to take the complain to next step and we are ready to pay as well if that is the case. Please help. more
