Dear Sir, I have bought some property in New Mumbai (Maharashtra) in 1998 still no possession is given. builder have taken forged OC in 2001. still building not ready. builder ,society asking interest ,interest on interest, abt 15 lakhs maintenance charges abt 5 lakh , & even municipality NMMC asking to pay property tax with interest abt 3 lakhs ttl include about 23. lakhs..
I have written to PMO office, enquirer have been setup after long time with Mantralaya.
I would like to get some-help and ready to do partnership with lawyer to take up the matter with system as well as press and social media.
