Sanitisation n sterilisation of barber tools,linens, beauty parlours linenes, persons giving care
In the present circumstances it is utmost important that Govt. N health ministry must enforced the regulations, with standards for the barbor shops n beauty parlours , to use fresh sterilised kits , linenes for each customer. Not to use same comb, scissors, linens, napkins for all customer. They all must keep small auto clave to sterilise , packed individually, for a customer. No hairs should be seen on the linenes, dirty napkins, towels, the floor must be neat a clean no lose hair clusters here n there on the floor. Even the chairs also must be wiped with senatizer after use of each customer .
All the above are most culprits of giving infection to customer.
The Barbers must also wear neat n clean apron, new pair of gloves after using for one customer.
Many of our members may reserve their comments n other may find it difficult to implement, so as customer we should also demand all that services in our own interest. The law makers must also understand the importance of it, because they or their relatives may also get infected.
Just think if a surgeon use same surgery tools doing operation one by one what will happen, instead patient getting cured, one may come out with other infection disease .So please think rationally n seriously in our own interest

Reality was never a friend of wishful thinking, and shall never be ! Reality is that there are thousands of roadside barbers in one city called Delhi. No need to guess, how many they would be in the whole of the country. Are we setting up rules for them, or only for those who cut and dress hair inside a parlour?

For one n all. Okay. I am not referring to only posh saloons. I am sure you must not be going to those barber shops , you have mentioned about here, sir. Try to understand it in spirit n not merely words. Thanks

Councilors must be held responsible for taking necessary measures following covid protocol to making barbers shop / spa/ beauty parlour germs free.

After sporting a beard , i used to visit the hair sloon once in 2 weeks to trim and hair cut . The last was doene some time 3rd week of March . Now that 8 weeks are over i thought the first thing I will do after relaxation to visit a saloon for trimming . No chance of going to a saloon again after reading the resource post and the so many warning responses. We had developed several new skills (Myself personally after dmestic helps visits known to transmit , cleaning & washing 7 basic cooking ). Why not buy the necessaray equipments likethe attached and skill yourself . All trials to be done May 17th .

There should be no compromise for personal hygiene. Barbers should be told to strictly use separate aprons, towels etc for each customer. They should also keep small autoclaves for sterilization purposes of scissors, combs etc. They can increase the charges for this. Social distances to be maintained within the shop. Workers suffering from cough, cold or any disease should not be allowed to work till they get cured. Masks to be used by customer as well as worker. If customers insist for the above, the barbers will have to provide the same.
