SAVE KASARAGOD FROM VIOLENCE!
The Nehru Govt.had played treachery with the people of the Kasaragod district, now a part of Kerala in 1956 by severing it from the former Dakshina kannada district and merging it with Kerala state much against the public will.For several years, the people of this district have been fighting against this Central Govts draconian decision.They had for long, sent their elected representatives to the state assembly but of any use. Since the state reorganisation, there have been atrocities,violence and political murders committed by the communists and the communalists in Kasaragod district.Those days,the Jan Sangh had opposed sceding of this district to Kerala.Those who felt it impossible to live here thereafter,had sold their properties and shifted to the neighbouring Karnataka State.Now the Modi Govt should bring in peace and prosperity to this area by merging this with coastal Karnataka where it is culturally and linguistically belongs to. more

This is why the Executive of any Country shall be delinked from the Legislature to stick to public welfare issues and provisions set in their Constitution . The interference of Military of the nation will take place only in such circumstances where the continued Politicians fail in carrying the rule to all places of the Nation which also plants and carries Robbery and Smuggling with even international tie-ups looting the Country . more

Peoples welfare should be the ultimate motto of any governing system.If the existing system does not provide that,a people friendly govt should think of the alternatives and appoint a high power body to bring about the required change.For how long the people suffer on account of wrong govt decisions?Similarly,series of scams have surfaced and the enquiry/legal process go on for years together by which period the files get vanished,witneses get eliminated and the culprits go scot free for want of evidence and ultimately it is the people who get fooled!Due to this reason, crimes are not decreasing these days.It is high time that the Modi Govt should bring about the required change to make the sytem more efficient and quickly yielding. more

The Northern Karnataka , Northern Present Telangana also suffering from such but could share for livelyhood at their will with the ruled Congress which has not been so with Kerala Ruled Party . There are no other alternatives since the article 3 and 4 though set for removing obstacles in carrying the Constitutional benefits , has been so wrongly routed the public administration at the selfish political interest and , the negligence of the Rulers . Though it has been proved that even the article 3 and 4 set for comfortable carry of public administration , could not full fill these specific provisions , the Indian Union could not do any thing since the States are run at their own Political democracy that opted in those Legislatures . The real spirit and purpose of NITI AYOG only has to remove such since the Legislatures also failed to redress the public basic Essential needs . more
