SC order on Adani affairs review

Hello, Just Look over foreign companies in India , how much they progressed & send Money to abroad. If you have guts you can also make money. It is looks like Communist Policy. We can not make everybody Richer but definitely we can make richer peoples to poor. Then It will be equal. He used his brain & govt. Policies benefits, Like Poor ( rich ) farmers are taking subsidy , loan mafi , Power water free etc. more  

Normal growth taking the society together, while creating value takes 10 times the duration. Adani opportunistically manipulated, through valuations, Adani stock prices, creating shell companies, thereby earning wealth himself, rather than the former route. If coincidentally all become richer, good, all the better, since he thereby gets goodwill too, that diplomatically leverages him. Avoiding discussing the events, Government, through progress, renewable energy infrastructure being one field, made such news irrelevant! Worked both ways. Nothing succeeds like success. more  

The truth will never be out. It is not rocket science to conclude that Adani stocks were rising abnormally for a few years. Even at a high level overview, lot of things about the Adani business don't fit well. Hindenburg or whoever will come and go. If we Indians fail to maintain a level-playing field for businesses, and not take corporate governance seriously, only we will bear the pain in future. While family busineses like Adani's should grow, they should not be abusing the system or using means that are generally not open to most. more  

Devil's advocacy too deserves a hearing, when the Indian media, read bhakts call Hindenberg the devil. After all, following Hindenberg's revelations about Adani's manipulations, the stock markets did tank. Without the bias, only the best arguments will win. more  

SEBI द्वारा जाँच शुरू हो चुका था फिर भी SC ने अलग से जाँच समिति बनाई जिसे सेबी अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करेगा - SC ने यह दर्शाया की सिर्फ़ उसे ही चिंता है कार्यपालिका तो बेकार है और साथ ही एक निर्णय और दिया की चुनाव आयुक्त की नियुक्ति में भी SC का मुख्य रोल होगा तो फिर कार्यपालिका का कोई औचित्य नहीं है पर SC ने इस बारे में कभी कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया की न्यायपालिका में लम्बित मुक़दमों का निबटारा वह कैसे करेगी? SC में ही लम्बित क़रीब सत्तर हज़ार मुक़दमों के निबटारे के लिए वह क्या कर रही है?जब देश आज़ाद हुआ तब जजों की नियुक्ति के लिए ब्रिटिश काल से चली आ रही " कोलेजियम प्रणाली " भारत सरकार ने अपनाई.... यानी सीनियर जज अपने से छोटे अदालतों के जजों की नियुक्ति करते है। इस कोलेजियम में जज और कुछ वरिष्ठ वकील भी शामिल होते है। जैसे सुप्रीमकोर्ट के जज हाईकोर्ट के जज की नियुक्ति करते है और हाईकोर्ट के जज जिला अदालतों के जजों की नियुक्ति करते हैजजों के चुनाव के लिए कोलेजियम प्रणाली के स्थान पर एक नई विशेष प्रणाली की जरूरत महसूस की जा रही थी। जब मोदी की सरकार आई तो तीन महीने बाद ही संविधान का संशोधन ( 99 वाँ संशोधन) करके एक कमीशन बनाया गया जिसका नाम दिया गया National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC) इस कमीशन के तहत कुल छः लोग मिलकर जजों की नियुक्ति कर सकते थे। A- इसमें एक सुप्रीम कोर्ट का मुख्य न्यायाधीश , B- सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो सीनियर जज जो मुख्य न्यायाधीश से ठीक नीचे हों , C- भारत सरकार का कानून एवं न्याय मंत्री , D- और दो ऐसे चयनित व्यक्ति जिसे तीन लोग मिलकर चुनेंगे।( प्रधानमंत्री , मुख्य न्यायाधीश एवं लोकसभा में विपक्ष का नेता) । परंतु एक बड़ी बात तब हो गई जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस कमीशन को रद्द कर दिया , वैसे इसकी उम्मीद भी की जा रही थी। यह कानून संसद के दोनों सदनों में सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया था जिसे 20 राज्यों की विधानसभा ने भी अपनी मंजूरी दी थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट यह भूल गया थी कि जिस सरकार ने इस कानून को पारित करवाया है उसे देश की जनता ने पूर्ण बहुमत से चुना है। सिर्फ चार जज बैठकर करोड़ों लोगों की इच्छाओं का दमन कैसे कर सकते हैं ? क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट इतना ताकतवर हो सकता है कि वह लोकतंत्र में जनमानस की आकांक्षाओं पर पानी फेर सकता है ? क्या चुनाव आयुक्त का चुनाव भी उसी तरह से होगा more
