SC verdict

Supreme Court verdict says sexual intercourse with wife below 18 is rape. What about consensual sex with under 18 girls without marriage. Is that also rape?

Those who are responsible for Safety & Security restricting the ways, means, possibilities of Rape or Sexual intercourse , even those guarded by Govt.or conditioned by court , shall be placed as no. 1 for punishments at the concept of Justified responsibility . more

I read in news papers today, that it will amounts to rape. One thing we are to understand here when age for marriage is fixed at 18 for girls and 21 for boys statutorily why do we need to say other things. Any marriage below the age of statutory limits shall not be valid, hence other issues shall close automatically. more

Consent of minor is not considered as consent because it is presumed that, minor is not mature enough to give his/her consent and that's why minor does not have a right to vote. more
