Scam and refund denied iPhone X By Flipkart

I have been scammed by online eCommerce portal Flipkart, I have been wrongly cheated by scammed of RS 65438.00, as there are scammers and robbers sit behind the hood in the name of online eCommerce and open fraud.

I have been given a fake iPhone X in the name and price of Apple, and Flipkart is not picking up my product for a refund.
There is a dedicated team for scam in Flipkart and a well-planned structure in which they situate thieves and robbers in their portal to scam customer to earn profits and when asked for concerned issues and refund they keep intact you a never-ending loop, in short, they will never return your money back.

iPhone X pick up was rejected by Wishmaster and his team lead of
eKart logistics saying that my iPhone x is not original it's fake...
this was exactly the issue(that's why I asked issue that's why my return
and a refund has been accepted), he asked to drop him an email regarding else
he will keep rejecting my iPhone X pickup.

Can you guys from your end drop him an email or contact him regarding this
issue and ask to accept the pickup product as I am only returning the
product which I received. He needs confirmation from Flipkart team
regarding this that regarding being an unoriginal iPhone this has to be
picked up.

this is open fraud, I want central and state government to kindly take actions against these scammers who are openly robbing under your very eyes.
this Flipkart site should be declared invalid and bogus.

I want my money back, I have been cheated by this fake product, this was my hard-earned money and wasting it on scammers and thieves sets me aback. I urge the government to kindly heed my query.

The pickup was rejected by ekart and Flipkart team by unprecedented reason of missing items
There is no item missing, they didn't even visit my location for pick up yesterday and tomorrow.
I already charged Flipkart and ekart for defamation and compensation for all these mental and physical harassment which I went through from the past 20 days.

And regarding refurbished iPhone X and I can prove that
In the invoice bill, the model number is different starts with M
MQA62HN/A
And in my iPhone X, it shows FQA62LL/A
Sending your images attachment as well for proof.

I want those thieves behind bars and my money back and compensation for this pain I have been through
FYI I already filed a complaint regarding this scam in cybercrime, consumer forum, Ministry of Home affairs
Soon you guys will be getting a legal notice for this scam.

Below are all the required attachments, of mismatch model number from box/phone to the invoice and if you dial *#06# it shows IMEI number with a cancel button, apple shows 'Dismiss' , no cancel button.
