Dear Ms. Jain, I am thankful for the timely initiative. I personally feel the quality of water supply, air quality, and underground sewage systems, of a future human habitat of more than a crore of people in Noida and neighborhood areas is going to devastatingly damage the ecology and bring in place huge health hazards threatening and crippling the residents enjoy the life they will live with least of leisure and pleasure as we tend to be enslaved by a lifestyle of crippling slavery in Commercial pursuits where sucking you out of every minute for more money in IT companies is the order of present day Private Sector MNC's. The Government having become mute spectator and let off its sleeves and collars of leave and limited work hours rules implementation with blinded eyes of the neglect to these fundamental Human rights initiative in industry and service sectors under Contract labor act provisions is callously responsible with all in eroding values that bind us together in the Happiness & Health parameters of its citizens. A number of heinous crimes are being committed against Women & Children, out of depression, frustration, and stress being built silently. IT industry is grossly negligent and criminal on this score in its sucking life out. *With best Regards,* *Yours Sincerely, * *Prof. R.K.Chandra, * *M.Sc.
