School Fee Hikes: Actions Emerging

LocalCircles via this circle and several city circles took up the cause of excess fee increases last year continuing to this year. We are pleased to share with you that starting with CBSE mandating fee disclosure on websites last year, Gujarat bringing in a law to regulate school fee and UP considering one, we are headed in the right direction. Yesterday, CBSE and ICSE school associations in Bangalore have suggested that schools not increase fee beyond 10%.

Also, yesterday, children who were removed from a school in Noida for their parents not paying excess fee have been taken back.

Thanks to all who are participating in this cause. With active citizenship, one of us reports, the subject gains traction, collective consensus gets built, broader awareness is created and action emerges from stakeholders and administrators.

If you have additional inputs on the subject, do share them. more

Make all schools quasi government to stop distinction between Government and Private schools. more
Now a days the video of Kashmir is viral in Whats-app where the Separatists are beating and abusing our soldiers on road and soldiers are not able to respond them as govt. has tide up their hands from whom the world's other countries are afraid of. They are being humiliated so badly that we fill ashamed of our govt. Our govt. has become such a impotence that they are not able to give free hands to military to defend them selves. Or this govt. is delivering the massage to the people of this country that they are like previous govt. and made up the mind to give up to Separatists. I request govt. to give up if they have decided but at least save the credit of this country and military by giving respect and free hands to retaliate to such anti-social elements. more
Now this Government has come out with fussy policy that unless U link your PAN with Aadhar, your ITR won't be uploaded. And the linking confirmation is done with NAME, BIRTH DATE and GENDER. even after matching the same it is not linked. Whose fault it is? Where and how to know that which data is mismatched? Government has not given any link or any office details where the same cane be resolved.. People are willing to co-operate but govt. itself is blank on it and not able to guide the people. Everywhere now govt. staff don't want to work and everything they want to get done from the tax payers and want to eat MALAI. Common men and illiterate people wants to walk with govt. bot govt. does not want it. For any new policy the guideline must be provided in simple manner to understand the people and follow it. Govt. must open the windows for the people to at lease. HOPES FROM THE GOVERNMENT. more
