As Parents and Grand Parents worrying about the school opening is welcome . Recent Political parties head and the Lawyers wanting name and fame jump in and start putting PIL and other litigation with a view to ingress in this area. This should be discouraged and Courts are requested to punish such people with hefty fine so that others don't interfere. Yes long time keeping the children at home is not good and never heard off. On line classes are at times good but few of the Parents do not like this too. What is the way ahead for education and keeping the children not divert from their principle aim because they all get into games for 24 hours which is not good. Recently with all preparations the Tamilnadu Government has cancelled the 10 th std exam. Very sad. more
Needless to say that everyone should feel relieved, that schools shall not be opened before mid-August. But then, was it ever on the cards ? more
Reopening of school should be considered only after the Covid-19 spread graph start going down. Moreover, it should also be cosidered as to how schools in rural, semi rural areas including Govt. schools would cope with the situation. more
one month postponing is welcome. I have my doubt whether it would help or some more time is required especially the virus is unpredictable and not yet fully understood. more
Good decision. Young life protection is top most priority. Let us follow principle of good sense. more
