Dear Sharmaji Sir, I have seen your several valuable comments on various aspects. So I understand your grasping and wisdom very well. I am sure that once you will go through the paper completely your concepts will be quite clear because we have prepared the same in such simple manner that everyone must realize the facts. In our country / system "Communication Gap is another problem". I am also trying my efforts from this point of views also. I don't that how much I will be successful. In fact we and our system have not taken up POLLUTION in true scientific term. We have tried to compile in very brief manner the voluminous literature. Please go through the full article and realize the seriousness which is going to definitely affect everyone in future. I am also trying to bring the issue in the notice of concerned responsible authorities so that appropriate strategy could be worked out and followed to save the future generations. more

Even if Conditions of DTC & P and UDA are really enforced opting Decentralisation from '90-91 India could have been 3/4 better in Pollution. more
