SECRETARIAT STAFF SEEK MORE SCREENING AFTER ADDITIONAL NUMBERS REPORTING FOR DUTY :
The reporting at Secretariat had increased to 50 % from the earlier 33 %. As the reporting staff arrive from different areas and 3 nearby districts besides Chennai screening is a must for the staff .They also will be present in one place for quite some time together
Special Buses have been arranged for the staff to commute from their home to the Secretariat . But Social Distancing isn’t maintained in the buses . Buses take in standee passengers also .
If planned the number of passengers travelling the number of Buses can be arranged , so that social distancing can be maintained . more

Govt. can deploy omni buses also till normalcy restrored. So that social distancing is not a problem. Also it will be cheaper compared to engaging taxi or private transport. more

Proper planning to pick up the Government servants at least from near by location and screening is a must. This should have been arranged before commencing the operation and functioning of the government offices. more
