Security during Holi.

Through LC, I wish to request RPF & GRP authorities to increase security of long distance trains during the week of Holi. It happens regularly that hooligans board the trains throw color on passengers or extract money for not throwing colors. Throwing of balloons full of color / mud etc from outside on trains is another hazard which cause sever injuries some times resulting in loss of limbs or eyesight.
I suggest special groups of personnel to be created for one week to take care of security of passengers and railway properties. These hooligans can be identified at the platforms it self. They board and travel the trains ticketless. These people require harsh punishment to discourage them indulging in such activities. more

I have written several letters to IRCTC and called by no response. I made a IIndAC reservations which was cancelled. at the time of cancellation I swiped my debit card and its more than 2 months, the credit is not appearing in my account with the bank. Everytime, the railway is asking info about my PNR number details etc. Why? They issue a cancelled receipt which has all information then why ask infor. Will someone help. Its so sad and frustrating and very scary. My PNR 222-6204168 Sl.No. 40314295. will local circle bring the attention someone. Its typical bureacracy type of questions asked for my cancelled ticket info. Thank you. Viswanatha Srinivasan, USA, Tourist more
