Security of Jails in India: Inputs on Issues

The Union Home Minister has approved New Prison Manual 2016.Need to see the new manual,and,can be studied by the Architects ,and,other members of "Surakshit Bharat" whether,enough care in respect of the "Jail-Break" is included.
With the speedy improvement in technology,new and latest gadgets may have to be incorporated,and,reviewed from time to time,essence of TIME being shorter. more  

Sorry to say ,I have not understood purpose of the post.The point raised has to be addressed by the persons closely associated with working of a jail. It is not at all wise to throw any point that comes to the mind to public. Interference by general public on this particular issue may itself pose a security threat. Let it be addressed with specific experts in absolute privacy. more
