The compiled Map shows that the large in extent , geographical glimpses and wealth sea foods and wealth could not be utilized for economic and social development of Indian Union even after 5 additional decades of breathing period assessed while adopting the constitutional laws AT LEAST TO THE EXTENT OF SMALLER OF COUNTRIES HAVING THESE 3 BASIC QUALITIES THAT HAVE ACHIEVED THE GROWTH IN COMPARISON . I think it is because of the liberal setting of political democracy without requisite regulations and norms of both either Legislature or the Principles of Rule in India . Thanks to Sri Satyapal Ratti for inspiring to memorize the rule before and after Independence applied to general public of the prolific country . more
ZERO Liquid Discharge should also be applicable to Municipal bodies and not only Industrial units and Institutional clients.. What ever water is imported in by Municipalities must get recycled. more
GOVERNMENT as well as Municipal Corporations all across have a high cost but miserable performance record. They certainly can not measure up to the task. They should be made minority partner as 26% equity holders in a JV under PPP model where Sewerage and Solid Waste management is hived off by Governments allowing Private players. There is no dearth of technology and lifelong performing product systems.Tax payers money has been plundered in the past to reach a pathetic less than 30% processing of sewerage.Solid wastes are getting collected as such a frequency that natural decomposition of organics happens before they are collected/ delivered at dumpsites --mostly. more
Informative but what you are trying to establish ? more
