seeking a real patient honest review/opinion

I am seeking a real patient honest review/opinion about Karma Ayurved Clinic in Pitampura Delhi, run by Dr. Punit Dhawan. The clinic claims revival of failed kidneys.

I am looking for effective treatment for a relative suffering from failed kidneys requiring dialysis twice a week (age - 63 years).

my dear friend, let's understand being dr would like to say there is nothing such revival of kidney.... it just wastage of money.... any ayurvedic dr if claims that he treat or cures kidney..... ask him is there any refundable money policy.....these useless ayurvedic dr.....I come from same field with a well known and reputed institute of ayurveda but till date never seen ptn getting cured.... they will nothing but put this ptn instead of two ...thrice dialysis in a week... most ayurvedic and homeopathic ppl know just put bigger claim boards of disease cures..... then nothing but put ppl under panchakarma and take extravaganza charges............... thanks my advise would be...... 1)to continue dialysis... take care of intake output strict liquids.... follow 0.8mg/kg bd wt protein.. 2)can take dietician help 3)put ur name for kidney transplant list if possible...... thanks...... more

Karma Ayurvedic ....NO.. high claims .. only. Till the time a person comes to understand, a substantial amount is already spent. Electrolyte balancing, changes etc. is a ? However, there are good chances of delaying /recovery of renal failure with Homoepathic, Ayurvedic and Naturopath methods if dialysis has not started. Of course age and condition are also considerable parameters. But highly recommend to be in touch with a good nephron doctor as if the case deteriorates then timely action could be taken in saving life... more
